16 Week Training Plan

Learn from the Best to Achieve Success

In order to get you in the best mental and physical state possible ahead of this year’s event; we have engaged a number of elite runners, coaches and medical professionals for a series of four training clinics in the build-up to 1 December.

Organised by Journey Fitness, each training clinic will focus on a particular topic, enabling you to run your best race ever and achieve your personal goals.

The key to a successful marathon is mostly in the training. Get this right and the marathon itself will be a formality. It is simply a case of preparing your mind and body for what lies ahead.
