5. Why is there a Closed REPC time slot selection exercise for the SCMS 2011?
From the feedback we have received over the years, we have sought ways to ease the queues and decrease waiting time during the REPC.
Based on the success of last year's REPC, whereby the average race pack collection time was under five minutes, we have decided to organise a Closed REPC once again this year to facilitate another seamless collection experience for our participants.
We are confident the exercise will provide 20,000 runners an opportunity to collect their race packs ahead of everyone else in a swift and prompt manner.

All runners (including overseas participants residing outside of Singapore) EXCEPT participants registered under the Corporate/Bulk registration accounts, are eligible to take part in the Closed REPC time slot selection exercise.
