Start Flow & Bag Deposit

Important Points:

Runners are advised to bring only essential personal items needed for the run. Please refrain from bringing valuables to the event.

• Runners are encouraged to bring only essentials (e.g. utility belt, EZ Link card, mobile phone) that you may need during the race. Inform your friends / family members / supporters to bring your other belongings (e.g. change of clothes, shoes) to the Finish Point at the Padang.
• Please adhere strictly to the baggage deposit operating hours.
• The adherence of the operating hours is to allow the baggage to arrive promptly at the War Memorial Park for the bag collection set up.
• At the baggage handling point, runners will be required to place all personal belonging into a clear plastic bag provided. The bag will be secured with a cable-tie.
• A serialised tag will be given upon depositing. The tag will have 2 portions. One portion will be attached to the bag, while the other portion must be attached onto the runner’s bib. Both portions must have the runner’s bib number written for verification later at the War Memorial Park baggage collection point.
• The baggage deposit is based on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• All deposited bags can be collected from 09:00 am onwards at the War Memorial Park. The bags must be collected before 02:00 pm on race day.
• Owners of unclaimed bags will be given up to 9 December 2011 to collect it at the Organiser’s office at 230 Stadium Boulevard, Singapore 397799. The collection hours are:

  Ø Monday – Friday: 09:30 am – 05:30 pm

  
  
  Note: Any deposited bags not collected after the grace period will be donated to charity or disposed at the discretion of the Organisers.

  Important Points:

  • Estimated waiting time for deposit and collection of baggage is approximately 45 minutes.
  • Please present your runner’s bib and the serialised baggage tag upon collection of baggage. No claim of the baggage will be allowed without presenting both the runner’s bib and the serialised baggage tag.

     

    Note: The Organisers will not be responsible for any loss and / or damage, personal or otherwise, to the belongings and items deposited. For the purpose of security, the Organisers also reserve the right to check any item in the bag deposited.
