Faq – Bulk/Corporate

When will Bulk/Corporate Registration for the Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore (SCMS) 2016 commence? 
Bulk/Corporate registration will commence online on 7 July 2016.

What is the minimum number of entries I must purchase to qualify?
Minimum purchase of 10 entries to qualify for bulk/corporate registration.

What are the available race categories and fees?

Will there be Bulk Collection or Delivery?
Bulk Collection is available at an additional 5% of total registration fee.

Delivery is available at an additional 10% of total registration fee per location per order upon request.

Bulk collection & delivery services are only available for bulk purchases of 50 registration slots and above.

When can bulk collection & delivery be done? 
Bulk collection will be at the REPC (Race Entry Pack Collection) from 1 to 3 December 2016. Collection details will be informed closer to event date via email to the bulk/corporate Person-in-charge.

Delivery will be arranged in mid-November 2016. Delivery details will be informed to the bulk/corporate’s Person-in-charge via email by the first week of November 2016.

How do I purchase Bulk/Corporate registration for my Organization? 
You may do so via the event website by clicking here and selecting the “Bulk/Corporate” tab.

Registration is subjected to availability of slots. All payment for Bulk/Corporate registrations must be made within 10 days, after which the invoice will be deemed invalid.

Once payment is received and confirmed, a confirmation email consisting of:  a dedicated administrator platform link and login, as well as a guide to retrieve registration promo codes will be sent to the Person-in-charge’s registered email.


When must I use the promo codes to register my runners? 
For organizations who purchased the Delivery service:

Promo codes must be used by 25 September 2016, 23:59hrs in order to be part of the delivery service. All balance paid codes will be directed to the Race Entry Pack Collection under individual collection.

For organizations who purchased the Bulk Collection service:

Promo codes must be used by 30 October 2016, 23:59hrs in order to be part of the bulk collection service. All balance paid codes will be directed to the Race Entry Pack Collection under individual collection.

All unutilized promo codes will be forfeited and non-refundable.

What is the Bulk/Corporate Registration Purchase Deadline?
Bull/corporates may purchase registration slots up till 4 November 2016 (for cheque and telegraphic transfer payments); and up till 21 November 2016 (for Paypal payments). All purchases are subject to availability of slots.

What are the payment modes?
Payment can be made via Paypal, Telegraphic Transfer or Cheque.

I have paid for my Group/Corporation, but my members/staff did not register by the registration deadline. Can they still participate?
No registration will be accepted after registrations are closed on 25 November 2016 and they will not be eligible to take part in the Race. However, Participants may still collect their Race Entry Packs without the race bibs after 4 December 2016, at a time and place as determined by the Organizer. No race packs will be issued on event day itself.

What are the criteria for the Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore 2016 (SCMS2016) Corporate Distance Challenge? 
Only companies who take up the Bulk Registration or Corporate Hospitality Packages are eligible to compete for this challenge. The total completed distance covered by all the registered participants from a singular organisation will be accumulated and clocked under their company’s distance challenge, regardless of their race category or finishing time. Only participants who have successfully completed the race they have registered for, will be considered for the Corporate Distance Challenge 2016. Participants must not be disqualified, for any reason whatsoever.

What is the Non-Corporate Organisations Distance Challenge?
The Non-Corporate Organisations Distance Challenge is similar in nature to the Corporate Distance Challenge, however this challenge is open to all non-profit organisations, clubs, societies, ministries, educational institutions, statutory boards, foreign embassies and High Commissions that take up the bulk registration / corporate hospitality packages.
